I just realized I am right on track, I am 7 lbs down & we are on week 7!!0

Week 7 everyone! I'm finally starting to see good things from calorie zig zagging. My weigh in this morning of 150.8 lbs is the lowest I've seen on a Monday in a while. Lately it's been like 152 or 153 and I spend the entire week getting it back down. This week means I can work on actually losing something! Hopefully I can log under 150 this week for my Thursday weigh in...

My overall numbers don't look that impressive, but happy to be back where I am. Went on vacation in late April and gained 13 pounds in 8 days, and have lost it all but 0.6 pounds in 13 days. All of it was water weight, with maybe a couple of pounds for overeating, but back under my start weight here again!0 -
Great job Trisha! Vacations and weekends away are definitely hard for me too. I went home for Easter for 3 days and came back 5 lbs heavier! It took pretty much 2 weeks to get rid of it. Finally I'm back to a good starting point for Monday morning. Hopefully it keeps going well!0
