    Down 0.6 lbs this week! Well, at least on my Thursday weigh in. I'm up quite a bit in water weight this morning, but that's all it is. Lots of water and healthy eating for me this week! I'm happy I've lost 2 lbs in 3 weeks. That's 2 more lbs than I lost in 3 months! haha

    Up a little this week. I'm hoping that is because it's my TOM soon. I did see 152.0 a couple days before it started to creep up- so I think it should drop off again by the end of next week. I definitely feel bloated today. We'll see.

    I have made it into the 130s!!! I think that kicking up my workouts and just being more active in general as well as paying attention more to what I eat on the weekends is really helping!! So excited for 139!

    I'm not seeing much of a difference on the scale, even though I'm dropping a pound here and there, however, I went from a size 12 to a size 10 in 3 weeks. I've been doing a lot of cardio and weights, toning and strengthening my body and I'm seeing the difference. My bis and tris are really starting to get the definition back as well as my legs. I find that most of my weight is in my chest and back, and...well my butt, however, it is proportioned. I'm liking what I'm seeing regardless of what the scale says and I'm really feeling good! Yay!!!!

    OK, so I bought a new scale this week - my old one gave me a different result if I stepped on it 4 times in a row. When I compared the 2, the new one is about 2 lbs heavier :( Anyway, I think I actually lost 3 lbs this week, but I'm only logging 1 lb. I should do well this week!
