Finally got over myself and squatted with the bar. I moved the bar up farther on my shoulders and it felt much better.

WillRun4Wine I am stuck with just the bar on OHP. I'm noticing my left are is much stronger than my right, so I can get it up on the left side without an issue, but my right is a struggle. Hoping the right side will catch up and even out soon.

Today was bootcamp. We did sprints, mountain climbers, burpees, and jump squats. My ankle isn't very happy with me. I rolled it Friday but it hasn't bothered me until today.

Crabada I'm not sure what it is about those squats. I'm sure it's form. Part of it is being in that metal rack and not knowing how it's supposed to work. No I'm not stacking plates. I'll try that next time. I didn't let the bar go past mid calf so I probably need to reread and adjust. Thanks for the tip.

Today was bootcamp day. Lots of sprints with some mountain climbers, jumping jacks, and jump squats mixed in. Parent conferences tomorrow so if I go to the gym it will be late. I really need to drink more water. From the little I know, it seems like everyone is doing a great job. Keep it up.

Apparently I'm a weakling because I couldn't squat the bar with proper form so I switched to 15 lb free weights on each shoulder. Onward and upward I suppose.
