Here is the problem, one of the ways that IF works well is that your blood sugar is lower for longer. If you spike it in the morning with creamers/milk/whatever sugar, its stops the fat burning process and your fat oxidation levels drop significantly. Can you try a caffeine supplement in the morning instead?

Keep in mind, its not exactly that people get told ALL this stuff.. or some of it .. but just once can break your spirit and it stays with you for an eternity. that's what people relate to it. and sometimes people think you don't hear it cause people joke quietly about it.

It does not sound crazy AT ALL. I always ate just to eat .. and not because I was hungry. IF shows you what really being hungry and eating is like. I will say I will probably not be doing IF during vacations. When I am on vacation, I am ON vacation. other than that I will be doing IF every day. Even the holidays. :)

when I started .. I wasn't doing any exercise.. then as I lost more weight .. I started to believe.. and got myself a free weight set. weight training and started doing squats, if anything 50 squats a day to start... get up every morning do as many as you can, hold on to a door sill if you need to. Squats are the very best…

You are doing this with out programs.. then I say HELLS YEAH! That's the way to do it. Its the best way to do it, because at the end of the day .. its your choices you are looking to change. Putting someone else in charge of your choices can only be rented it can never be owned. :)

I Avoid but still eat once a week, - Fast Food / Or restaurant package/processed food, like spaghetti noodles, or snack bars of any kind including the "healthy" ones, Cereals. Some stuff I still use: sweet relish, Mayo made with olive oil.
