Use that bike!! Increase your cardio and you'll continue to see the pounds come off. You can also change up your routine so your body works muscles differently. Good luck.

I'm sure you burned some calories w/ painting and moving furniture. Sometimes life gets in the way... The good thing is you'll get back on track and you have the support of your MFP friends and this challenge. I hope your Monday was a good one!

I have one. It's my 3rd blackberry. Love it. Had one that froze a lot - tmobile replaced it. If I ever change carriers I'd go to an iphone, but I can't stand androids.

I tried LA weight loss about 6 yrs ago. I lost some weight, but I ALWAYS felt so hungry. I couldn't stick to it. I loved their snacks and stuff though. MFP seems easier to me because it's not prescriptive.

Thanks so much for doing this!! This week has been hard and the month is only getting busier so it's great to have concrete goals. NSV: Less back pain this week and although I'm not quite a full size down, my clothes are fitting much differently/ comfortably.

seafood soups... may have higher sodium but lower calories. Unless you prepare mexican food at home, it's almost always loaded w/ calories and fat.

I have IBS and too much roughage can be an issue. I don't eat any more than one salad a day when I do and I've found grean leafy lettuce isn't as bad.
