I don't think taking pills to help you loose weight is a good idea nor is it healthy. Self control and portion control and good choices...that's the best way to do it.

There is no miracle diet. Pills = bad. Acai and other "herbal" supplements used to promote weight loss are ways for people to make money off the ignorant.

Best formula = eat right, drink water, and exercise.

Did pills help you to get fat? If not then why expect that they'll help you get unfat... it's our eating habits that do most of us in, I know mine did, I eat 2000 calories a day and lose... I was obviously eating a lot more than that before to get to where I did weight wise....

the only thing that actually works is the EC stack (ephedra and caffeine)
ephedra is a banned/controlled substance in most places.
so unless you're willing to take brokaid on a regular basis, there aren't any supplements that are going to actually change your metabolism enough to make a difference.

caffeine is great for appetite suppresion. but acai and all of that stuff isn't going to make you lean.

eat right, drink water, and exercise, as said above.

You can cleanse and detox more effectively by ACTUALLY cleansing and detoxing. It isn't just about how many calories you consume, it's also about the type of calories you consume. A nutrient-dense diet comprised of mostly fruits and vegetables will do wonders. Diet pills are a joke.

    pills dont work!

better to clean up your diet and do it with the belief that its YOU and not the pills in control of your body

If diet pills worked, no one would be fat.

Can't say that I've found a pill that does much of anything for me. I do take supplements like Fish Oil and Fiber along with my daily multivitamin. But that's a personal choice and some people don't believe in even taking vitamins. Check with your doctor, see what he/she says...

uh oh, here it comes:noway: You might want to do a search of threads on this topic to prepare yourself for the onslaught of negative comments to come.

In fact I'll lead off -
There is no magic pill or quick fix. Educate yourself on what a healthy diet and lifestyle is and then live by it!!

Waste of money. If pills worked then why diet? Why exercise? Being overweight is not a "symptom" that requires a pill to fix it. It's fixed by controlling your food intake and burning calories so you're in deficit.
