What did you do to loose your weight?

actually I have, you have tp put the wine by name specific to find it. I used Carlos Rossi sweet red wine and its actually not high in calories like I assumed.

So do you think I would be able to loose my weight (specifically in the stomach area) faster with weight training added. I was doing 60 minutes of cardio and strength training on one day then on alternate days just 60 minutes of cardio. Now I have just been doing 150 minutes of cardio.

It is a struggle for me as well because I work shift work and when I work nights I try and eat like a fuit cup or chocolate lowfat pudding it usually helps... Hope I've helped:tongue:
