I also used the 5 lbs mini goals. They helped me to stay focused in reachable goals instead of trying to beat this whole XX lbs monster. It can be overwhelming. Also, focus in the non scale victories. When your everyday clothes start to fit more comfortably, or when you can fit into that piece of clothing (even if barely)…

I'm 5"1.5" and started at 181 lbs, 3 years later I'm at 128 lbs... trying to get to 120 :) but I will reevaluate at 125 if that's enough (it probably will)

I did lots of calf raises yesterday... in a squat position, I wanted to die!!!!! LOL This normal ones should be no problem, I'll aim for 200!!!
