    Oldie back in here Jeannie.... hmmm let's go 350 miles this month. Quite a strech from last month goal. Must get those miles to train.... Looks like a biking/camping trip is a go for July.. 340 miles in 6 days (Michigander bike tour)

    3/1 - youtube 30 minute video step jump rebounder no biking 1" of snow today.
    3/2 - 13.32 miles, road bike, 1:01, 32*F

    2nd - 58 mins Zumba + 5 mins calisthenics = 63 mins

    In again for this month!
    I'm gonna go for 1200 minutes. And I won't set a goal for km but I will count them to see how much I run this month.

    Mar 1st: 45 minutes running (7km), 10 minutes yoga, 15 minutes walking, 25 minutes strength
    Mar 2nd: Rest
    Mar 3rd: 30 minutes running (4.5km), 60 minutes strength, 30 minutes walking, 20 minutes calisthenics


    Total - 235 / 1200 mins
    Remaining - 965 mins

    Running = 11.5km

    I'm back in for 350 miles on stationary recumbent bike.

    3/1: 25.1 miles
    3/2: 14.5 miles
    3/3: 25 miles

    January: 397 miles
    February: 303.8 miles
    March: 64.6 miles

    Total for year: 805 miles

    60 mins walking yesyerday - including some along the Thames at night...lovely

    So 20 mins 'usual' 110 mins stretch

    So my usual swimming excercise is already off (elderly patents,,) but I have been getting extra walking in....

    3/3 - 7.14 miles, mountain bike, 38.55 min. 32 *F snowing like crazy got 2 to 3 inches. alot of weird looks while riding. One neighbor stopped his truck as I went by shaking his head lol. So much snow got on my glasses I had to stop and clean them off lol

    I am in :smiley: I want to walk something similar to January and February though I have a lot more work travel to do so it will be much harder to get there

    Today: 70 mins walking - again some along the Thames - Tower Bridge in the late afternoon sun today....

    Total: 20 mins 'usual', 180 'stretch' (of which c80 replacing a usual swim session...)

    Temps are crawling up slowly. Not a bad day. Suppose too be a better tomorrow. I can hardly wait!!!!!!!

    The girls and I got in 3.5 Walking Miles today....
