30 mins of walking -Broken into 2 chunks and slow - still in resting mode given my wee CFS peak. But atleast I got the 30 mins a day goal done, and a nice walk with hubby too in the park in the dark..

Good too see you guys still hanging in there! Great photos Machka! I have been away for the past 5 days in a local state park. Husband, girls and i got in a LOT of hiking. We ate healthy as well. I had no way too log onto a computer which explains my absence here. I DID keep a calorie count and kept up with Mileage. So here goes...

gentlygently I guess it is difficult when your kids go away even for just awhile... Glad she will be with a group though...
Yesterday I was running all day and did not feel like logging on.
I did get in 3.0 Mile walk Friday March 11th...
Also today March 12th....two different walks totaling 5.0 Miles...

Oldie back in here Jeannie.... hmmm let's go 350 miles this month. Quite a strech from last month goal. Must get those miles to train.... Looks like a biking/camping trip is a go for July.. 340 miles in 6 days (Michigander bike tour)
3/1 - youtube 30 minute video step jump rebounder no biking 1" of snow today.
3/2 - 13.32 miles, road bike, 1:01, 32*F
3/3 - 7.14 miles, mountain bike, 38.55 min. 32 *F snowing like crazy got 2 to 3 inches. alot of weird looks while riding. One neighbor stopped his truck as I went by shaking his head lol. So much snow got on my glasses I had to stop and clean them off lol

3/8 - 14.15 miles, weather was awesome 72 degrees but windy

People are doing well ! And welcome Gail and Royboy. I am finding the challenge really helpful to get me out walking even when my body in a bit of a dip. I'm adding all sorts of extra walking in, eg turned running an errand today into a really good time exploring a bit of London i don't know at all.
But hoping to be up for more concerted swimming again soon....0 -

Monday (today) we had a lot of town things too do but a LOT of walking. We walked from where our Auto was being worked on too the Mall. THAT was a fairly long walk....altogether 4.0 Walking miles today...

I was hoping for 48 hours in Feb, but missed it by 7.5 hours. Too much travelling ... but then again, there's not such a thing as too much travelling.
Looking back at last March, I did 489.8 km (304.3 miles) = 38 hours 4 min of walking and cycling. I'd like to do at least that, and preferably up and over 500 km and 40 hours.
