    I was hoping for 48 hours in Feb, but missed it by 7.5 hours. Too much travelling ... but then again, there's not such a thing as too much travelling. :grin:

    March = Autumn, Easter, My Birthday Month, University + Work

    Looking back at last March, I did 489.8 km (304.3 miles) = 38 hours 4 min of walking and cycling. I'd like to do at least that, and preferably up and over 500 km and 40 hours. :)

    So to begin ...


    Mar 1 - 5.9 km (70 min) walking + 41 flights of stairs (32 min)

    Mar Cycling Outside: 0 km (0 min)
    Mar Cycling Inside: 0 min
    Mar Walking: 5.9 km (70 min)
    Mar Stairs: 41 flights (32 min)
    Mar Time Total: 102 min = 1 hours 42 min
    Mar Distance Total: 5.9 km = 3.66 miles

    In again for this month!
    I'm gonna go for 1200 minutes. And I won't set a goal for km but I will count them to see how much I run this month.

    Mar 1st: 45 minutes running (7km), 10 minutes yoga, 15 minutes walking, 25 minutes strength

    Total - 95 / 1200 mins
    Remaining - 1105 mins

    Running = 7km

    Oldie back in here Jeannie.... hmmm let's go 350 miles this month. Quite a strech from last month goal. Must get those miles to train.... Looks like a biking/camping trip is a go for July.. 340 miles in 6 days (Michigander bike tour)

    3/1 - youtube 30 minute video step jump rebounder no biking 1" of snow today.

    Jan. miles - 170.5 bike
    Feb. miles- 245.25 bike

    Total for 2016- 415.75 bike

    Thanks gentlygently - I'm excited 4 or 5 guys from work are going. Been on my bucket list for a long long time to do a multiday tour. I do a few day metric centry rides here around Indiana every year but always wanted to do a multi. Was going with the group last year to ride the Katy trail ride in Missouri but had to cancel when my daughter got sick.

    @ jeanniewes -No I'm old just refuse to grow up lol

    I've got to be really serious this month ( not that I wasn't) I'm getting a hip replacement next month. I need to ride everyday even if it's super short just to get the movement/exercise in. That will be my challenge to myself.

    I am a newbie and would love to join. My miles yesterday (March 1) were 6.1. I would like to walk 125 miles.

    2 march 30 mins walking ~ all stretch

    Total 20 mins usual, 50mins stretch

    Jeepers it was cold, windy and wet today - it sure took the challenge to get me out my front door! But the daffs are all in full bloom, and the crocusses too .... Lovely.
