Im looking at some kettleballs right now on wallmart.com lol I was told two 10pound kettleballs will do the trick to tone these arms. 3 to 4 reps.

I was wondering the same lol. I started with 1200, then had to raise it cuz, I was stuck and not losing. Then started losing again. Now I think I might be stuck again but, scared as hell to eat more. I think if I ate cleaner, I would lose easier. Appreciate the tips from everyone!!! [/url]

A comfortable size 8 would do. Even 6. Im a 10 now for the most part.

Those are two things that I love strawberries and peanut butter lol would'nt give them up & I lost 40lbs while eating them.

My fav is the vanilla and chocolate. Tastes pretty good to me. You just have to know how to mix them. Id say half water and half skim milk. Also adding fruits like a smoothie. Must add ice. I started drinking them at the beginning of my weightloss. I still keep them around.
