who needs dvds if you have Rhythm? lol seriously just put some music on and make up your own dance routine for an hour. that's what I did. I did get to take up some classes at the gym as well but, did that at home also and it works because, youre sweating like a pig. And remember diet comes first.

Have you been sick? I thought you stopped eating cuz, your bf left you. So, you do eat? You lost about 50lbs right? You never had a stomach but, wow ur looking good now! You're too skinny, You look like ur dying. LOL. ( I'm not even done losing and I'm like 159lbs not skinny at all.)

me never.. I think I was always fat. my parents overfed me lol. I don't think Ive ever wore jeans under a size 9. Im ready to be thinner but, not a stick either.

Its probably because they've been working out all day to tape the video.. it probably took 8 hrs to make it lol. I tried the shred for 3 days, I never made it to day 4 but, I really want to. I did die each time I did it, I was super sore & tired. And I thought I was getting a workout from zumba. Wrong. lol . I can see how…

Not weird but, new to me. Collar bones showing, and when laying down I got surprised feeling my ribs and hip bones.
