First day of Lyle McDonalds generic bulking routine / Lower body. I was going to do some ab work as well but I am just getting over a cold and found my energy stores completely spent.0

I am revisitng an old friend.. my Jillian 30DS DVDs. I did it in Sept 2012 and had great results so now I am back at it. I want to get through Jan and see how I can do. Day one is done.. now to get through 29 more !0

45 mins workout. Cardio intervals (4 mins and 11 mins) at the beginning and end of legs only strength training.0

Did an hour high intensity Zumba class on my Wii0

Did a half hour on the wii fit, a half hour strength training, and a half hour on the treadmill Was a great start to my year!0

I feel like I didn't do much, but its more than I have done in several months since I'm trying to start with small steps!
20 minutes on a recumbent bike - felt the burn and didn't flare up my PF! Yay!0 -
Danced with my son to music! Then got my second C25K workout in...0

Four mile slow run with my enthusiastic dog. We had a blast, and in the new year we'll be training together. I hope to find some nearby dog-friendly races!0

Boot camp challenge app, and vacuuming under the computer, computer vents, baseboards of computer room and around my bed and dresser cause there's no space under there.
I have yet to do at least 4 loads of MY laundry which I'll hop on tomorrow 8).0 -

Stationary bike for 45 mins plus 15 mins of real good stretching. I've been super lazy lately, but now my brother got me a Fit Bit for Christmas.. no more excuses!!! Gonna get my rear in gear and drop this last 45 pounds! :drinker:0

I sent 39 minutes doing weight training, 15 minutes on core exercises, 17 on the stationary bike, and 10 on the elliptical.0
