I'm on Day 4 of Week 1 and my arms are killing me! I've done pretty well with the exercises though. I know that she has a no cardio rule, but did anyone do cardio on the rest days? I really want to work out tomorrow too.

Exactly! I'm a ketchup freak and I usually have to have it with everythingggg. If you want something to actually taste like ketchup, that's not going to happen. Nothing is as good! However, I do agree with the salsa idea. I've never tried it, but maybe that will taste great as well.

I used to take this as well. Phentermine is the off-brand of Adipex, or Adipexin. It does reduce your appetite, but I don't recommend taking it if you have anxiety. My mom told me to turn off all of the lights/tvs before I leave the house or I would catch the house on fire... she would also say this about blowdryers or straighteners being plugged in even if they are turned off. Now I catch myself saying the same thing to my sisters. lol
