I love the turkey tom with the bread out (less calories) with the "skinny chips" :) ammazing! BUT I will have to admit, I am kind of curious about the avacado spread..hmm and edit*** I skip honestly everything on the sandwich except turkey, and add my skinny chips for crunch :)

I felt this way about a week and a half ago..I just found out I am pregnant and that I was probably working too hard and not drinking enough water....This may or may not be your case lol..but it could be number of things...the room temp could have been too high...anything..

definitely a sports bra or two...I wear a tee shirt and yoga capris...comfy socks and decent shoes!! Oh yes and I don't know about anyone else, but the thick cotton headbands are wonderful for sweatbands...and possibly a towel and definitely water bottles!!!

no because I use gum to help curb my cravings..so if I chew 5 pieces a work day then I am only getting <5 cal each piece..which is <25 calories a week..I burn that much walking to the restroom when I get bored :)

I log everything, to the point where sometimes it actually annoys me...I want to hold myself accountable...I also know that if I log everything, it makes me think before I eat something if it's worth the time to log it :)

I definitely agree with you..I eat cinnamon roll oatmeal because it is SOO much better than eating a real cinn roll..so I completely understand..you do it in moderation..and I think it's fine.. :)

What I do is look online FIRST BEFORE going out, find what I want, write it down, and do NOT look at the menu at the restaurant...and if you REALLY want something a little bit on the high calorie side...when you order your food, ask for a to go box immediately as well...and if they don't bring it with your food, do not eat…

The thing is, I won't eat meals after 8 bc it doesn't work for my body...I am not asking about that..I am asking about eating the exercise calories...I am not going to eat 500 calories back after 8..lol that's insane! I only drink water...which is still sort of new for me...I can't drink pop due to health reasons, can't drink milk cuz I am lactose intolerant, don't like coffee/tea...so other than really sugary juices that add pointless calories, that leaves water!! But I totally agree with you!

I work 7a-4p at a desk job so I used to eat toast or a bagel early in the morning and found that doesn't work for me..so I eat dry cereal at about 8ish when I am fully awake, and then I eat one packet of oatmeal at my 10:00 break... On weekends though, it's typically eggs and toast :)
