I usually go on the treadmill for 20 mins and go on the elliptical for 15 mins and do abs for 10 mins...what other exercises should i do...if i do those exercises daily and rest once a week..will i lose weight and tone?

Hi I do it to..I do her workout, the next day I do pilates, the next day I do cardio, the pattern just keeps continuing..and I of course have one full rest day..it may be 3 weeks till I go to level 2..:)

I'm on level one and it's my second day..I just got out of surgery 5 weeks ago so I'm doing it for the first week 3 days..then next week I'll do it every other day...3rd week I'll do it daily..how's this sound? I found an idea for us! Everyone start making reward lists for yourself! For example "When I lose 10 pounds I'm going to treat myself to a dinner at Red Robbins." Then the more you lose, you'll treat yourself and you'll want to b/c you'll wanna do that! :] let me know what you guys think of this idea.
