  • I figured it out... somehow I turned on auto pause and was it going on and off every few minutes which makes sense since I'm walking dogs and have to wait for them to sniff and poop! lol
  • I bought the Garmin vivoactive 3 and I have had it for 3 days now. I like everything about it except that it seems to calculate excess calories for my daily steps
  • I hadn't thought about the prong things, thanks
  • Thinking about this I guess I could just leave the bread out and add that as a separate entry instead of making it part of the recipe...🤔
  • I love this post! It's so nice to see everybody's progress! My post picture is from six months ago as well as today. I have been on this "weight loss adventure" since 2006 and at one point had lost 70 lb weighing in at 138. I evened out around 145-150 and stayed that weight until approximately 2012 when I switched to a…
  • You look fantastic but please watch that stuff.... years ago I was on it and it made it so easy to control my appetite it was great and I lost weight quickly, once I stopped taking it the weight came back on very quickly and was even harder to lose the second time around through diet and exercise. Even with my changed…
  • How could I not put a reply here 🙂
  • Yes. I haven't been able to login since this morning... my app still won't work but I was able to get in on my Chrome browser with the desktop site. If you check their Facebook page there's lots and lots of unhappy people 😕
  • I apologize for the poor wording of the question, I used talk to text and it changed my words a bit. Hopefully you understand what I mean because I can't figure out how to edit it!
  • You don't have to say no to your favorite foods... if you are crying over NOT having it, there's a problem - freakin' have one (ONE, or even half of one) Then move on. Count the calories- don't have one EVERY DAY. It'll be fine, really- you'll be happier and so will your boyfriend :) & congrats on doing so well so quickly!
  • I pretty much only drink water or unsweet tea... with the exception of my morning coffee because I NEED vanilla creamer!! My coffee is about 70 calories
  • you can always add the exercise to track it, but change the calories burned to zero (or whatever lesser amount you choose)
  • spaghetti squash or any spiral cut squash for pasta, and cauliflower mashes nicely
  • I thought it was pretty and looked into it but it doesn't track calories and that for me was a turn-off.... especially for the price they were asking!
  • I just recently purchased the Garmin Forerunner 25 with heart rate band because I didn't want to spend $250 or more. The only thing I dislike it about it is that everything is recorded as running.... I have to go into the Garmin Connect app to move everything to where they should be ( walking, cycling etc) But then it's…
  • I like the idea of walking to start too... :) Also start doing your food diary so that you can figure out where you should be calorie and nutrition-wise
  • This made me LOL
  • Well... for me, when I moved my focus in life to eating healthy, cooking healthy and exercise - my sex drive pretty much disappeared, been years now and it's not come back. Maybe a good thing, as mine was always way stronger than my husband's.
  • Ugh... for me. I manage a school bus terminal, back to school means 11+ hour work days again and close to 100 whiny employees who all swear "they never complain, but...." LOL I was really enjoying working 8-4 and not having to babysit adults every day (and do their job when they don't show up) I'm an empty nester now, so…
  • I don't resist my cravings... either I'll have a small amount of whatever it is (usually what I do) and fit it into my daily calorie allotment, or on occasion I overindulge - then move on with my life.
  • This is weird.... those measurements are almost exactly the same as mine except I weigh 182 and I am also 5 foot 5!
  • You look great, good job :)
  • There's nothing wrong with knowing you are the kind of person who wants to be in a relationship and doesn't like being alone... I think the only thing that you have done wrong is keep on getting back with a person that you know is not right for you. You have to remember that as long as you stay in a relationship with that…
