Where to start?

Im 265 lbs at 5'3. Where do i start? Just cardio? Weights? Aaaccck! For now. My plan is exerise 3 days ago for 35 min then within a month move to an hour a day. But where do i start?

I would start with walking 3x/wk plus stretching/flexibility and eventually add some bodyweight strength work. Down the road you may switch to a different type of cardio or strength training method but the above would help ease you into more physical activity.3

I second the walking.

Also start doing your food diary so that you can figure out where you should be calorie and nutrition-wise0 -
Walking is where I started. Pick a goal that you are 95% confident you can achieve. Start slow and easy (and keep it fun!) and build from there. Good luck!1
