Where to start?

Im 265 lbs at 5'3. Where do i start? Just cardio? Weights? Aaaccck! For now. My plan is exerise 3 days ago for 35 min then within a month move to an hour a day. But where do i start?

    I would start with walking 3x/wk plus stretching/flexibility and eventually add some bodyweight strength work. Down the road you may switch to a different type of cardio or strength training method but the above would help ease you into more physical activity.

    I second the walking.

    It's relies purely on self-reporting so it's not going to be scientifically vetted by any stretch of the imagination, but I personally suspect its exercise statistic mirrors a larger, general, truth: http://www.nwcr.ws/research/

    I like the idea of walking to start too... :)
    Also start doing your food diary so that you can figure out where you should be calorie and nutrition-wise

    Walking is where I started. Pick a goal that you are 95% confident you can achieve. Start slow and easy (and keep it fun!) and build from there. Good luck!
