from what i have read, if you want to keep it up you can do any level a few times a week, personally i am doing it a bit longer than the 30 days, so i tend to do it 4-5 times a week instead, i am also going to have a go at her cardio kickboxing, to mix it up a bit

i find i naturally eat more after exercising but have seen no results from anything i have done so far as i eat too little so i would be interested in hearing other people's results on this too

i think this is ridiculous, he will now have those fat molecules in his body forever unless they are removed surgically. When you lose fat you dont lose the fat molecule, it kinda empties and this is why people who have been overweight fluctuate so easily, because once you eat fatty foods you fill these empty molecules up…

I very nearly became famous, i got through the final auditions for 'gladiators on ice' (when the normal gladiators was big on tele) i was in the training stages where we tried out all the potential games and the final main obstacles course, but it got cut at the last minute as there were too many health and safety issues…

i dont hink medication for the migraines would be an issue, but the medication for personality disorders are often known to cause weight gain, if you are keeping to your routine then this will mean you remain a stable weight rather than gain any. i dont use the treadmill at all, i find if i am just running/jogging i cant catch my breath. i do use the elliptical trainer and think it is more effective because you use more and different muscles than on the treadmill

i'm a full time uni student and single mum to two children. i fit my gym around my uni timetable during weekdays / schooldays. They also have free clases which i like to go to, this breaks up the routine of the boring gym workout and the people in the group are a good bunch.
