You should definitely be eating after a workout with protein being the choice. Do you have dinner as well when you get home? You should aim for a protein rich snack of @ 200 calories within 30 mins of finishing your workout (to help repair the "damage" your by considers it's done by exercising) and then enjoy a proper meal…

^^^ ha ha ha!!! Thx for the link Chris. I've read the article and am now not so scared of sodium. I also think I may need to consume a little more coloured salt due to my varied, high-intensity workouts when I sweat my *kitten* off  Again, thx for the info Kathy

Not sure why some males are intimidated by strong, fit females. My hubby now calls me "muscles" and loves how I look. Thx for posting Chris - gave me a good giggle  Kathy

I'm @ 5'. SW 72kg, CW 51kg, BF% 17.2% (as of a few months ago so may be a little lower now) My advice: Find the right weight for you and your frame Don't concentrate solely on the scales Find out your body fat % Monitor how you feel/look in your clothes If you want to build lean muscle keep in mind you may weigh more on…

I got mine from our local health food shop here in Brisbane, Australia. Was only @ $7 for a small packet. Have u tried your local health food store?

I made a fluff on the w/end with 1 scoop Cookies & Cream Caesin, 1/2 cup skim milk and @ 5 ice cubes. Dropped the cubes into my Stickmaster Blender whole and just wizzed up for a few mins. Ended up with 2 1/2 cups of creamy fluff - nice!

Eat clean, drink loads of water and exercise regularly (including resistance and weight training). Once you start to build lean muscle your metabolism will work more efficiently and thus burn calories quicker

I'm 5' and have lost 21kg since mid-Jan 2011. I don't think height has ANYTHING to do with your results (or lack of). The key is 80% a good, clean diet and 20% exercise. Look at what you are eating (or more importantly, not eating), your total calorie count and how much water/alcohol you drink. Clean up your diet and you…

I started 30DS on Level 3 and love it. It's a great, quick, intense workout. Do whatever level you think you can handle and up the weights if it's too easy. Have fun!

Agree totally. No use giving negative/narkly feedback I think. We're all here for a common cause - aren't we?

A great site I've found some fabulous info on: http://www.simplyshredded.com/the-ultimate-female-training-guide.html Hope this will also give you some insight. Results depend on what you want to achieve and how your body reacts to your chosen weights and of course nutrition. Keep your diet clean, minimise or eliminate…
