Enjoy your day, just don't go overboard. maybe have a lighter caloried breakfast and lunch so you can have lots of sweets and booze on your day.

I like their Southern Chicken biscuits (430 calories)..on a highly active day I will grab one and a hashbrown(160 calories) I also like their premium wraps especially the southwestern that's like 460 calories...so I just make sure I put in the work, no biggie. I love their fries too, but I'm fine with a small.

Cabbage soup is yummy!!! That shredded chicken in it sounds delicious! I add spinach, diced tomatoes, onions and celery to mine...It's your world boo, tailor your recipe however you like and enjoy it. I think it's a nice and light dinner idea.
