im in the normal range of BMI but my clothes still dont fit right. I think maybe I may go for 110 in stead of the 105. Im not happy with where I am but then again I am not sure I will ever be happy with what my body looks like.

its all in how they are cooked. if you dont use enough water,overcook them or cook them totally confined to a space they get bitter.it has something to do with the acid in the food, the same can happen to asparagus,cauliflower and cabbage

the thought occured to me today... if your nursing, and baby is nursing more than usual and not sleeping. it could be a growth spurt in which case you will have more milk and that will add significantly to your weight.:flowerforyou:

i know that i gained more weight when I was working nights. not getting enough sleep triggers things in your body. I think the doctor said cortisol can be triggered from not enough sleep, and you metabolism can be slowed from it. maybe im crazy

i have never made this recipe but i often add rolled oats to all my meat recipes. fly lady recomends that for a lot of them. its yummy and you dont really notice it.

i ended up not being able to get the sea bass since the season for it is done. I made grilled salmon with chives over wattercress and spinach on a pool of chick pea puree with garlic and basil. topped it off with some sweet balsamic and YUMMY!

i think we all have those kinds of days though. well maybe except miss hannigan over there. hehe dont get me wrong my kids are good kids but it's crazy here sometimes.
