I wore my pedometer for one class to see howmany calories I burned in the hour I did it and then I added a exercise for Zumba - 60 mins - 540cals. xx

These are all brilliant tips! Thank you. Im guna give it a go for a few weeks and see if I feel any less hungry at night. I think I got my cut off tip from a friend who has lost around 8 stone in 2 years so I thought she knew what she was talking about to be honest. Thank you all :) x

Im a student nurse from the UK. We have blocks of 12 weeks at a time in clinical areas and work days, nights, weekends, evenings.....u name it! Exercise and calorie counting works for me. I make sure I get at LEAST 1.75Ltr of water a day and I stop eating at 19.30 every night. I also make sure I take a multivitamin everyday because Iv gone from eating a wide range of things to a smaller range so for the moment I just need the extra boost to make sure im as healthy…
