I agree completely, its is very hard! Sometimes I can't complete the whole time, but as soon as I catch my breath I try again. Glad I'm not the only one. :) I track it in exercise by calling it "circuit training" in cardio. Good luck and hang in there! We can do it! Today is day 3 for me.

Wow that is a lot of calories! The one I do is about 120 every 20 minutes. I wonder if its accurate? and how it tracks and measures that based on an individual's effort level.

Those are valid points and true about the game. But I do enjoy the personal training and the Zen classes. It can be kind of boring, but it's a lot cheaper than my gym. I totally know what you mean, it never sees me doing leg lifts! LOL I swear I am lifting my legs up! So funny, but I wish I knew how to fix that, I have tried changing locations slightly. No luck.

I have Dance Masters, it is a good work out too, can be frustrating to follow all the moves but pretty fun. Hollywood thing?

I can't find my measuring tape, will try and pick one up tomorrow. Tomorrow will be day 2 of 30 day shred. Way to go guys!!! in 30 days we will be feeling so strong and accomplished! woo hoo!

I did my first 30 day shred! Level 2, kicked my butt! I couldn't do all the moves exactly right but I tried, especially the plank ones.:bigsmile: Maybe I should go back to level 1. I am wondering how to add that to exercise? Anyone have any suggestions?
