Good work! The right Zumba workout makes you sweat loads and it's so much fun! :) My bf says I am dedicated to working out but I told him no, it's easy because I love dancing and Zumba so it really doesn't feel like a workout. Keep it up! I'm sure the weight will keep melting off!

I've never eaten back my exercise calories to lose weight. The first time I heard about that was here on MFP. I tried to but I gave up on it because I find it really hard to find things to eat to make up for all the calories I burnt. Interesting discussion...

Not at all. He's 6ft 2 and about 200lbs and I'm 5ft. I just cannot see how that would happen.

I'm 5ft. I think I'll look ok at that weight (110). Guess I'll have to wait and see.

I love it! This is the only workout where I am happy and grinning all the way through. Maybe because I just generally love dancing. Really works up a sweat too! I do it about 5 - 6 times a week :)

Welcome! I definitely think you do need some motivation. Can you find like 15-30 minutes a day to work out to look like you did three years ago? If not can you find ways of working exercise into your schedule without taking time out? That plus a really healthy eating plan should at least get you on the right track. You can…

I am having the same problem with gaining weight. I'm up 2lbs since I started seriously exercising again and watching what I eat. I think that I need to drink more water so I'll do that going into this week. I'll try more protein as well in the form of peas and red beans (chili etc.) and fewer carbs during the week. I'm…
