      It's no where near what P90X is. When you do Slim in 6 it seems like you're doing nothing but her workouts are so effective.

      I have owned Slim in 6 for a few years now but never got all the way through it... I just finished 30 Day Shred today and was thinking about giving Slim in 6 another shot next and after seeing this I def will be starting Slim in 6 tomorrow!!!

      My 61 y/o mother-in-law stays trim with it and I finally burned a copy off of her a month ago but I was not challenged by it at all, it was very hard to elevate my HR and hearing Debbie breathe into the mic is just poor production.

      You must have been eating horrendously to get those kind of results, good for you!
