I've completed Slim in 6/Slim Series a few years ago and had EXCELLENT results. I didn't lose a lot of weight with this program (but that's just me), but I did lose tons of inches. I'm 5'3' and I went from a size 10 to a 4 and I weighed at the time 130-135. If you're looking to losing inches, which is the most important thing (to me), then this is the perfect workout.0
