    I look at those DVD's before, but I wasn't sure about purchasing them. Did you follow the plan exactly? How many calories did you consume daily? Way to go on the results! Thank you for sharing!!!!

    I've completed Slim in 6/Slim Series a few years ago and had EXCELLENT results. I didn't lose a lot of weight with this program (but that's just me), but I did lose tons of inches. I'm 5'3' and I went from a size 10 to a 4 and I weighed at the time 130-135. If you're looking to losing inches, which is the most important thing (to me), then this is the perfect workout.

    It's no where near what P90X is. When you do Slim in 6 it seems like you're doing nothing but her workouts are so effective.
