Have you learned to substitute something else for the eating when you are stressed? I am new to this group, am looking for the missing link to being able to lose the weight, and then the key - successfully keep it off - which is what I battle. I think the emotional aspect is what I'm missing. I know it's there.

Not really "jumping".... I have fun with it, but I'm not good at following a plan for a set period of time, so haven't actually completed the program.

I love my Gymboss Timer!!! I use it for my Jump Rope Intervals and set it to vibrate so can listen to my ipod at the same time. One of the best purchases I have ever made!

I have shared this feeling with you so many times!!! Let this be a new day. We can't go back and change what we did even 5 minutes ago, but we can decide what we are *going* to do in the next 5 minutes!!! Transformation doesn't happen yesterday or tomorrow, Transformation happens now!

So, what is the schedule for this coming week??? We need a group here :) I've looked at her website and done a workout occasionally from it, but nothing consistently. But I would love to jump in here and follow something to help me meet my exercise goals for the New Year (and beyond, I am tired of my "mommy body") !!!

Maybe a food sensitivity. I found out after doing Atkins for 3 months in the summer of 2010 that I am sensitive to Pork. Nothing that causes hives or an outward identifiable "allergy", but when I was doing some food monitoring trying to track down something that was making me feel bad, I figured out that I gained 3+ pounds…

When I got them a few years ago from jumping rope with bad form, I used the soft flexible blue ice packs, and just aced them onto my shins. I bought 6 of them and just kept rotating them, as soon as they weren't cold anymore, I would put new ones on.
