  • You can't edit after a couple of hours. But you can quote, then remove the word quote in parentheses and it will appear fresh.

  • My father in law did not have any family history of colon cancer either, but he still died of it. So yes, I agree that this does not seem like good advice. If you are 'clear', you can go 10 years before needing another.

  • I haven't had the marathon battle that you have, but in getting down those last 20 pounds my body keeps wanting to be done and hitting it's 'set point' button, when I keep battling to get it to believe otherwise. Congrats on such a great success!!
