    Just for fun: I just bought a 3 month membership deal to Fitness 19 and am going to try and go 4 days a week there as well as at least 3 days a week at the work gym.

    I would like to lose more than 5lbs, I hope to lose close to 10, but if I lose at least 5lbs I'll be happy.

    This month, I am doing the MS Walk. Four mile walk, in fact. Never thought I'd even WANT to walk that much, very excited!

    Count me in :) I'm new to joining groups is there anything I need to do or do I need to be added to a group?

    Each group has different guidelines and will tell you. This one is EASY. All you do is say you want in, and that's it! Just come back and put in your weight each week on your weigh in day. Have fun!
