    Starting weight: 174.6
    Goal weight for May - Somewhere in the 160's.
    UGW- 150 (We will see from there.)

    May 3rd-174.6
    May 9th - 174.2
    May 15th - 173.3

    Down 1.3 lbs. It's now much, but at least it is in the right direction. Checking in weekly is really helping me keep on track.

    Not the greatest loss this week since my diet had been questionable and very little running due to a hurt knee, but a ½ a pound is a ½ pound. I'll take it!

    I am out of this.... scale not being very friendly... I am breaking up with it for now and making friends with my tape measure...

    Ha! I came here to say something like this, but you took the words out of my mouth and made them even better! I mean, I've lost over an inch in the past month, but the scale went down 2 lb then back up 2 lb. Forget it. I'm going to weigh in on Sunday then put the scales away for a month and just use my tape measure!

    Total weight lost: I have lost 1.4lbs since last week and 2.4lbs so far this month. Things are slowing down quite a bit this month. The only thing that has changed is I am doing more of my workouts outside with bike riding and walking instead of using my home gym equipment.

    Upped my daily calories and upped my exercise this week.. and it looks like that is working for me :) 3 more lbs to get to a total of 5 for May.

    According to the scale i've only lost a few pounds. Some days I weigh close to the same as before picture.
    Inches are much more reliable!!
