I seem to be stuck at the moment. Maybe a challenge will be good for me.

End of the month. Well virtually the end of the month, and yeh only 2 grams off my goal! A great result for me! I didn't think it would be possible!
I am trying to do more body weight exercises to improve muscle tone this month. So far going ok. Clothes are feeling looser!

Goal was 163.8, exceeded that goal by 3 lbs!

Well - my body continues to be happy at this weight whether I like it or not. I have upped my hours in the gym and miles on the road and treadmill, so I am getting leaner and stronger, just not lighter. Since this is My FITNESS Pal, I'm still making progress, but so wish to have the next 20 pounds gone!0 -

4.5 lost so far. Looks like I'm going to hit the 5 pound goal. I guess I was kidding myself when I picked an end of month weight as 224! Keep working hard everyone, this is so worth it!
6 lbs for this month! I didn't hit the 10 lbs I was aiming for but I am very pleased with my results! Happy Easter everyone!0
