    I seem to be stuck at the moment. Maybe a challenge will be good for me.:smile:

    SW. 68 kg
    CW. 64.3 kg
    GW. 62 kg

    Weigh in dates
    3/1 64
    3/8. 63.9
    3/15 63.4
    3/22 no weight loss, but seeing results in my body. NSV! I will be happy to be near my GW next week!
    3/28 62.2
    End of the month. Well virtually the end of the month, and yeh only 2 grams off my goal! A great result for me! I didn't think it would be possible!
    I am trying to do more body weight exercises to improve muscle tone this month. So far going ok. Clothes are feeling looser!:smile:

    5.8 kg - the app round it up on my tracker - but am nearly at 6 kg! :). RESULT!

    Goal was 163.8, exceeded that goal by 3 lbs!

    I will be breaking out the Wii Fit this month and searching for a good Zumba DVD. A treat at the end of the month? Probably a new swimsuit...a bikini to motivitate.

    I couldn't find my updated posts in this thread, so I just updated from the first. 6 pounds down in March! I am ready to rock April as there are lots of milestones nearby.:) Good job everyone!

    Well - my body continues to be happy at this weight whether I like it or not. I have upped my hours in the gym and miles on the road and treadmill, so I am getting leaner and stronger, just not lighter. Since this is My FITNESS Pal, I'm still making progress, but so wish to have the next 20 pounds gone!

    I am getting manicure when I reach this goal!!

    2.5 lost so far. Aquafit went well and I tried a new program on my treadmill. Can't wait for the black crackle manicure!!

    4.5 lost so far. Looks like I'm going to hit the 5 pound goal. I guess I was kidding myself when I picked an end of month weight as 224! Keep working hard everyone, this is so worth it!

    6 lbs for this month! I didn't hit the 10 lbs I was aiming for but I am very pleased with my results! Happy Easter everyone!
