The bad news is that I don't anticipate hitting my goal, but the good news is that I know what happened and how to fix it. It was my own doing. But that's okay. I'm lighter than I was, and I've been sticking to some fitness programs, so hopefully I'll see more success next month.0 -

5/15: 167 Lb. ( 6.1 Lb. ) Weekend cheats: Chicken milanese, *a lot of white rice, Seafood with tow foo. Wow! I lost 10 in 2 weeks!
5/22: 163 Lb. ( 4 Lb. ) Weekend cheats: Chicken milanese, *a lot of white rice, Tacos, blood sausage, sausage, steak, pasta.
5/28 : 168 Lb. (+5 Lb.) Weekend cheats: Chicken milanese, *a lot of white rice, cappuccinos, cake, steak sandwich, donuts. I did pig-out! I dont see 5 extra pounds in the mirror! Iam back on track with my diet this week even when Iam not working out because a leg injury...

I could not believe it when there wasn't even an ounce difference from last week. I only lost 2 pounds, but my clothes are definitly fitting better. I have been doing supreme 90 so I know there are muscles developing as well. (Not just from the pain anymore either. lol)

I didn't lose the 5 lbs, but I had quite a few challenges this month (birthdays, anniversary) and am glad I ended up losing in the end. As you can tell, I gained at the beginning of the month, so I'm happy with what I lost!!! :happy:0 -

I reached my goal this month!!! I would have liked to lose one more pound but I went out of town for the Memorial Day weekend and I think it was a bit of a setback as far as weight loss. Without it I think I could have lost another pound, but it was totally worth it and I had a great time. Long term weight loss is give and take sometimes.0
