    I have my days mixed up and replied to this yesterday. Today is my weigh in day so I adjusted lol.

    5/15 164.6 (-0.8lb) - total -1.8lb this month
    5/22 165 (+0.4) - total -1.4 this month - started strength training this week so I wasn't expecting much of a loss however I did get down to 162.4 this weekend.
    5/29 162.6 (-2.4lbs) - total 3.8lbs this month
    End of Month (or whatever weigh in days you use)

    Just for fun: What fitness event are you going to accomplish this month?
    I'm going to keep running! My distance goal for the end of May is 20km.

    I ran 22km on Sunday! Bring on June with my 28km goal :)

    The bad news is that I don't anticipate hitting my goal, but the good news is that I know what happened and how to fix it. It was my own doing. But that's okay. I'm lighter than I was, and I've been sticking to some fitness programs, so hopefully I'll see more success next month.

    5/8: 173.1 Lb. ( 3.5 Lb. ) Cheat on Sunday with 2 slices of pizza and 2 plates of beef stew with rice.
    5/15: 167 Lb. ( 6.1 Lb. ) Weekend cheats: Chicken milanese, *a lot of white rice, Seafood with tow foo. Wow! I lost 10 in 2 weeks!
    5/22: 163 Lb. ( 4 Lb. ) Weekend cheats: Chicken milanese, *a lot of white rice, Tacos, blood sausage, sausage, steak, pasta.
    5/28 : 168 Lb. (+5 Lb.) Weekend cheats: Chicken milanese, *a lot of white rice, cappuccinos, cake, steak sandwich, donuts. I did pig-out! I dont see 5 extra pounds in the mirror! Iam back on track with my diet this week even when Iam not working out because a leg injury...

    End of Month: will weight in next Monday for total weight lost!

    I am walking 7 miles every morning ( 5 days a week ) plus free weights in the evenings ( 5 days a week ) with 1 hr. cardio.

    Just for fun: What fitness event are you going to accomplish this month? Walking an average of 7500 steps a day and circuit training 4 days a week. I also started a challenge to run 1 mile every day from Memorial Day to July 4th. Maybe June will be nicer to me on the scales :ohwell:

    I didn't hit my gol but a loss is a loss and I'm still very happy with 3.6lbs! Now for June though, I'll be pushing hard to get into the 150's!

    I could not believe it when there wasn't even an ounce difference from last week. I only lost 2 pounds, but my clothes are definitly fitting better. I have been doing supreme 90 so I know there are muscles developing as well. (Not just from the pain anymore either. lol)

    I ran the biggest 5K in my city yesterday and finished with a best personal time of 34:53!!! :bigsmile:

    I didn't lose the 5 lbs, but I had quite a few challenges this month (birthdays, anniversary) and am glad I ended up losing in the end. As you can tell, I gained at the beginning of the month, so I'm happy with what I lost!!! :happy:

    May 22:216.8 (still down 4.6 lbs.) No loss this week, but no gain either. I'm okay with that.

    Well, I missed my goal for May by 0.4 pounds. But I did lose 6 pounds for the month, so I'm happy. I have been stuck in the same place for a long time, so it feels good to be headed in the right direction again!

    I reached my goal this month!!! I would have liked to lose one more pound but I went out of town for the Memorial Day weekend and I think it was a bit of a setback as far as weight loss. Without it I think I could have lost another pound, but it was totally worth it and I had a great time. Long term weight loss is give and take sometimes.
