    My total lost for the month of February is 9 pounds!!! Thanks for the challenge it really helped and hope everyone else was just as successful. Now only 17 pounds to go and 5 weeks until my hubby comes back from his overseas tour. Again gla.

    When i lose 5 pounds im just going to work on losing 5 more and try on everthing in my closet that i couldnt fit last month. My husband gets back into the states off of deployment in 2 months I want his mouth to drop open and the drool roll out!! He has been away for a year.

    2/24: 182 ^^^^^ Yup, that's what it was. GOAL!!!!! The next 4 days are bonus loss.
    2/28: 182 grrr! No lbs lost this week even though I've been working hard.

    Total lbs lost during February: 6 lbs! I reached my goal!

    I had 2 surgeries in 5 weeks and am glad I was able to do this. Eating the proper nutrients to help my body heal made this even more important.

    I was down 4.2 lbs and then shot back up after eating a gluten free pizza (have celiac) then I Glutened myself with a seasoning with MSG last night AND it's TOM so i'm just doomed...

    I didn't meet the 5lb challenge but I did lose 4 lbs and 2" overall. I'm pretty happy about that.

    I did really well this month. I lost the 5 pounds I wanted to lose and learned a little about how to keep up the good work. I hit a snag in the last week, and it has helped me reevaluate what I am doing to lose weight. I earned the shoes I wanted and I look forward to earning something awesome next month as well. This blog was a lot of help, because I was able to see how I was doing each week, and I am finally under 190 again. So here's to another good month and hopefully getting under 185.
