that was me everytime i would start to drop weight about 2 months in i would get lazy.i never had a support group like this.it works.i have lost 30lbs. and been doing it for 3 months.you can do this:happy:

finally a topic i can relate to.lol. luv my coffee in the morning.havent tried the millstone one.my daughter has me trying pumpkin spice creamer but i prefer good old cream and sugar.i dont like artificial sweetner and 2 tsp. sugar is only 8 g.carb.i can have 45 a day.
