I did weight watchers online a few years ago and did see results. But now I use MFP and to me it's essentially the same thing. You're logging what you eat and the excercise you do. WW online had recipes, articles, etc. that MFP doesn't have. Other than that I think MFP is perfect...and it's free :)

I did the 10 mile ride yesterday and although it was HARD, I made it. Today I'm not terribly sore but my pinky fingers are numb. I read some stuff online and I guess it's from gripping the handle bars too tight. Need to work on that next time!

I accompanied my BFF to McDonalds for lunch so she could feed her big mac craving and i got a grilled chicken southwest salad for under 500 calories. Go me!

I ate good all day, was set to meet my calorie goal. Then the kids and hubby wanted to go to CiCi's (which I don't eve like). I may or may not have eaten countless pieces of pizza, breadsticks, all dipped in ranch, followed by the warm gooey cinnamon roll thingies. Wow, that felt good to get off my chest :-)
