I've started challenging myself to do 100 of a different exercise every day at work since I do a lot of cardio, but don't get in tons of strength training throughout the week. What are good exercises that can be done at a desk? So far I've done dips one day and squats the other. I'm trying to avoid actually lying on the floor since I work at a nursery and it's a bit dirty down there. I'm particularly looking for an abdominal exercises, I can't think of any that don't involve being on the ground.

If you have a chair you could hold your knees together and lift them up while holding onto the sides of the chair.0
