I definitely suffered from it and still have bouts of depression. I've always had anxiety and depression and I know exactly what you mean. My baby is 14 months and over the past 3 months I haven't been eating well or exercising, and i gained back 10 lbs! It's definitely tough! You just have to push through your own…

I was 210 lbs and went down to 155 lbs. Then slowly crept back up to 200 after two years...got pregnant...packed on 50 more pounds! Now I'm down to 185 lbs. still have 30 lbs to go! hard for me to stay on track now though, even with a wedding coming up. Grrr

Yeah it's a bit depressing. I'm 180 now but still feel the way I did when I was 200lbs. Oh well, just gotta keep losing until we see it I guess!

I got a gym membership that offers day care for an extra 10 bucks a month, and its awesome! She gets to play with other kids, and I get time to myself. Best part is she'll nap an hour after we get home, so I have time to relax too without using up "nap time"!

Bahaha that is pretty amazing!

13 lbs is a lot! Congrats :)

Does he get a yearly physical? I know my doctor noticed how overweight I had become and talked to me about it. She told me how to eat better, how to exercise, etc. Maybe if he hears it from a professional, he'd take it more seriously. His health is everything and I'm sure the doctor would emphasize this!

Thanks everyone! Also, weird how big my nose was lol Must have been the pregnancy...Anyways! Wedding is in a year or two so that will definitely be my motivation to kill the rest of this weight :)

I had my baby at 23, it's the best thing that will happen to you in the end! Be positive and don't listen to any of the negative comments. Things happen, just strive to be the best mommy you can be!

I took Hydroxycut with caffeine a few years ago, ended up losing 40 lbs in 3 months with cardio and a 1200 calorie diet. There are side effects to the pill such as sleeplessness, shakes, and heart racing. The correct dose is 2 pills per meal with tons of water. I only took 1 pill in the morning and 1 at lunch. If I took it…

You look AWESOME!

Great job! I started at the same weight, and 160lbs would make me soo happy! You look amazing, keep it up!

How about the Nautilus equipment? Have you tried that yet? I'd start there before going to free weights. [/quote] Yeah I'd definitely start with the Nautilus equipment and maybe free weights at home for now. I guess I just gotta suck it up and spend more time at the gym! lol

I just had a baby and wasn't allowed to lift anything. SO I'm not going to hurt myself with anything heavier until I get used to it, since my arms are pretttty weak right about now. But yes, I guess I'll start incorporating it into my routine. My main concern is weight loss for now, which is why I've been burning around…

Scarlett Johanssen! She's curvy and gorgeous!

I'm less self conscious about it, but I still need to be wearing a little...It seems lame but I can't go anywhere without at least a little mascara! lol So I'm right there with ya!

That's terrible! Being healthy is one thing, but being criticized for weight alone? No way! If my man EVER talked to me like that, he'd be out in a minute. Never put up with disrespect from any man, life's too short to waste on *kitten*!

I had a baby in august. I lost my baby weight (40lbs) but I'm still flabby and gross. Plus I wasn't very skinny to begin with lol So at least 60 lbs gone would be great!

It's okay, we all have our off days. Just promise yourself you'll do better the next day, and eventually it'll come easy to you! Don't get so down on yourself, as long as you try, small goals are what will get you there!

JUST made them. They are so delicious! :)

I've been going through the same things. You just have to try your best to find the positive things in your day to get by. Anxiety is my biggest problem, it's even the reason I got pregnant. I was too anxious to go to CVS to refill my prescription. The doctor wrote me a note to see a doctor, but obviously, I was too afraid…

Thanks! All great ideas I didn't even consider

I would say definitely tons of fruits and veggies, chicken, lowfat yogurts, and foods high in fiber. That's what I buy!
