Just turned 41 and trying to get healthy. It's a long and bumpy road with a lot of detours, but overall I'm heading in the right direction. :happy:

Only lost 2 pounds in the last 4 months and now 3 pounds in the last 4 days. And I haven't done anything differently. Weight comes off when it wants. Wish we could control it, but we can't. Just gotta keep plugging away.

After every time I use mine, I rinse it off under water. About once a week I toss it in the laundry but not in the dryer. I make sure I pop off the "reader" before I do either. Seems to keep the readings more accurate since sweat will build up.

I do a ton of cooking/baking at home and I've started redoing my recipes. For each one I make a Before column and an After column for the new ingredient amount or substitution. I pretty much eat the same breakfast & lunch every day. Makes it really easy to pre-log my food for the week and takes the stress out of it. Plus I enjoy what I eat, so I don't get bored of it. Dinners are different every day but I always cook enough for 2 full meals. That way I already have another day already planned…

I guess I'm an odd one because i now take my pill right before i go to bed. I make sure i haven't had anything to eat at least 2 hours beforehand, besides water. I had heard that you're not supposed to take your pill with calcium or anything high fiber at some point. And my breakfast most mornings are a protein shakes,…

I've never done a VLCD and it took my body 8 weeks to realize I was serious. I'm now 10 weeks in and I'm seeing amazing results. Weight is still pretty much holding but all my clothes fit so much loser now!! Patience is what we all need. It will happen. :)

Definitely gone thru all of them and #5 lasted a couple weeks where I caved and lowered my calories a bit because I freaked out. Thankfully I came to my senses and upped them again.
