arrgghhh!!! I get this all the time. I usually say, no I'm not where I should be, yet or "i'm working on a fitness level not size or scale #" . But someday I'll lift up my shirt and shake my belly (its much smaller but still shakes a little LOL) at them!!!!!

I'm gearing up for my 1st 5K so I alternate running days with 3DS days and rest days. I also mix it up and do all 3 levels randomly rather than waiting and doing level one over and over...:smile: I'm a work in progress, but I think t still works even if you don't do it everyday. Good Luck!

turning 40 this year. NO kids, unless you count fur-kids (two wiener dogs) and married 16+ years. I only have one friend on here (& she's a sweetheart) basically because I am focused on my own stuff and haven't really sought out any. I focus on exercise, diary and I log in every day several times a day. I don't comment…
