My cycle was never very regular until I went GF, but since being GF for four years it has settled down considerably. I have found eating a low carb (ketotsis) diet sends my periods haywire. Are you still having non-gluteny carbs? :)

Is that similar to couch to 5k? If so, I did it and started the nine weeks dying after running two minutes. I can now run a 5k in about 30 minutes. You'll get there so stick at it :D

Hi there! I just did my first one today. Waiting to find out my time, but think it was somewhere between 35 and 40 minutes. I was completely useless at running before the start of the summer (literally was dying after a minute or so), but did the C25K over the summer, which culminated in today's parkrun. I cannot recommend…

I walk at 6kph and run at 8kph. I try and do the last few minutes at 10kph for a last push! Good luck :D

I am in exactly the same place as you right now! :( Gutted to have regained after all my hard work, so I know how you feel. Would be good to be friends and make sure we keep it up and get back to where we want to be!

I have tickets for the closing ceremony, as you CAN bring your own food, and take empty water bottles to fill up in there, so they are giving people the choice to go with their sponsors or not.

If you are aiming for low cal I would avoid the battered fish, beef Wellington or belly pork but reckon you would be fine with anything else! Enjoy yourself! It sounds lush :)

I would say from reading around on the forums, INCREASING CALORIES seems to break stalls as many people are eating under the calories they need (especially after exercising). I agree with mgs that increasing protein seems to help too. If you want more info about how many calories you should be eating let me know. How much…

If you are planning on having any medical tests to check whether you and your children have coeliac disease or gluten intolerance then don't cut out gluten containing foods yet as you test results won't show up accurately

The 30 Day Shred! I am on day 14 and stomach is much firmer already. I had the same problem as you and pretty much same weight :)

Ooo now you've got me thinking. Good job I've had lunch Favourites 1) Cheese (any/all!) 2) Meat 3) Chocolate 4) Cakes/puddings 5) Curry Foods I hate! (and there really aren't many!) 1) Raw cauliflower 2) Any offal 3) Skimmed milk 4) Soggy vegetables 5) Processed ready meals

If you being tested for gluten intolerance, you need to make sure you are eating gluten for the tests to be accurate, so no need to avoid anything :)

I am completely converted to cauli rice, as are my bf and a number of friends. Love it!

My bf has lost 18lbs in seven weeks following low carb (we are doing www.pig2twig.co.uk but it is basically less than 20g carbs pr day). He plays squash and football, but weight loss is mainly due to diet change as he hasn't upped the exercise

Do you eat back your exercise calories, or do you eat 1200 and then exercise? If so, this is WAY too low!

I am aiming for 20g carbs per day and have been doing thi for about six weeks. Love the food, feel great and my body shape is changing which is great!
