Counting Calories...

I was wondering if eating 1200 calories a day is too little?
My trainer told me its the minimum you should consume.
I work out 6 days out of the week.. sometimes twice in one day.

    Do you eat back your exercise calories, or do you eat 1200 and then exercise? If so, this is WAY too low!

    My total calorie intake is 1200. I don't feel hungry though & when I do get hungry, I eat. I never starve myself

    He/She is reight it's the minimum,
    But that was my calorie counts for last 3 months ( only 1200).
    For me I eat back about only 50% of my burnd cals and some time les than that. ( and for frist 1.5 month I didn't eat back any burnd cals ).
