  • I go to whatever empty spot is there when I walk in. I will move to a different spot if my view is blocked I'm fairly new to Zumba class, so I like to see the instructor's feet so I can attempt to know what I am doing. LOL It's petty and they're acting entitled. There's enough room in the front row for more than one person.

  • I have a lift desk like the one that’s posted in a previous comment on here. I can raise and lower it as needed. Take some exercise bands to work or some dumbbells. I have a 6lb set of dumbbells under my desk. I use the bands as well. I park farther away from work and take the long way to the bathroom, etc to get my steps…

  • Proud of you!! Also, 10 minutes here and there add up. I often do 10 minutes of strength exercise during the day. It doesn’t have to be on full hour to be effective. Also, it helps break it up so it doesn’t seem like as much to do. You’ve got this!!!

  • Update -- I managed not to cry at my son's graduation today although I may have sounded like I was choking :D from holding back the tears. Splurged at the lunch -- but it's okay! I had a piece of fudge and some delicious strawberry cake! Heading to the gym this evening and will walk an extra mile and down some extra water…
