    6/5-164-I don’t mind the extra pound from dinner. We had deer steaks with gravy and mashed cauliflower. I was buying the frozen mashed cauliflower and started making it myself and freezing it to have it on hand. I just steam a head of cauliflower and put it in the food processor. Then I add one teaspoon of salt then you can add anything else I like adding two tablespoons of butter, two heaping teaspoons of crushed garlic that is sautéed in butter and some heavy cream. I blend it all until it’s the consistency of mashed potatoes. It is probably loaded with calories from the fat, but I like avoiding the carbs that we would be getting in mashed potatoes.
