    @RenaPink11 Don’t be surprised if the bad eating doesn’t show up for a couple of days. It took logging daily for me to realize what happens when.

    @shmmm3 When I switched to low carb I would have 1 glass of wine followed by 2 glasses of water before I would get another glass of wine.

    Came into work early and worked on the school garden for an hour. It was field day today so I was outside in the heat (92!) for the majority of the day. My plan was to also go to the gym but I can barely keep my eyes open. I'll have to double up this weekend to stay on track. Also logged my food today even though I went waaaaaay off track and didn't want to admit it lol
