Great job ! I do carb cycling as well. I paired my high carb days when I lift weights. It works great for me and it help me to lose over 30 pounds since July!

My fav snacks are Greek yogurt with almonds and some flaxseed or chia. Fiber is always good. Try to incorporate protein in every snack.

I tried it many years ago and I did not like that stuff! Headaches and insomnia are the worst !! I prefer losing weight with a caloric deficit and exercise!

I've heard good things about SL but I don't think I will receive the same benefits by workings out with free weights. I wish I can have a power rack at home but at the moment is not possible.

My macros is at 40c/30p/30f and loosing weight with no problems at all. Eat your carbs, everything in moderation is good.
