Getting started questions with breastfeeding

Hello! I'm 12 months postpartum and still nursing. I still have 10 pounds to go before I am at postpartum weight and then I have another 40 I would like to go from there to make it to my goal. I haven't really tried too hard to lose any weight since the baby was born but I'm feeling huge and tired and I just need to get started with this. First things first how do I manipulate my calorie goal to include breastfeeding? Thanks!

Search "breastfeeding" in the food diary and you will find several negative calorie entries that add calories back onto your goal.0

Just add breastfeeding as a "meal" into your dairy. You will get -500 cal0

I set mfp to lose .5 lbs per week to account for an extra 200 cals. My daughter is 12 months too, and I know I'm not producing like I was before solids.
I noticed when I first started using mfp and my cals were too low (1200) I didn't lose anything and my milk supply dropped significantly. I shoot to stay between 1500-1800 cals per day0
