Fair enough, I suppose. I was hoping for a little bit more maybe, since I work a job that makes it difficult to eat regular, planned meals and fit in any actual exercise that isn't alking
-
I'd love some new friends, feel free to add me!

You can do it! Don't focus on the things you have done wrong in the past, put it behind you and focus on what you can do better in the future. Just don't beat yourself up. One small step at a time, right?
-
I'm starting again too, would love some motivational friends!
-
All my friends left too! I'm restarting though so it's understandable!

Please do. I find cheerleading all a bit embarrassing (repressed brit here)

I'm in the UK, but mine is aweful at the moment thanks to being home for easter. Should be better next week!

I'm 20, and anyone who wants movtivation and support/can offer some in return, feel free to add me!

I can't eat breakfast, as it makes me feel sick for the entire morning. Doesn't seem to have effected my weight loss. Only a personal view there though!

The blood test only checks for the gluten allery (celiacs) not intolerances. I had a negative blood test but still felt so much better when I cut out gluten!

Burger King Whopper Cheese meal. I knew it was a lot, but my god, didn't realise it was that much!

I've just graduated from the programme and I loved it! I never thought I would be able to run 5K in my life, but it builds you up to it gradually and it's brilliant.
-
I did the Couch 2 5K running programme, which builds you up gradually from being sedentary to running for 30 mins. It's pretty gradual but it's really exciting when you move up a week! I also found a sport I love, and I do it 2 or 3x a week, but that's just trial and error!

Wow that's amazing! Well done!

I've lost about 14 ish llb since I started doing it, but of course, that's combines with eating less, so I can't put it down to C25K. But i do feel so much fitter and more healthy now. My boyfriend commented that I look better and hae much more colour and confidence, which I do think is due to C25K

I would like to point out that she has a 20" waist due to wearing a corset... Not being skinny
-
I'm guilty of so much of this. I run 5k with a massive grin on my face wearing completely innappropriate clothes and shoes (pajama bottoms and high top converses), but I really enjoy running, and I can't afford to go buy new workout clothes! I am saving up for some proper trainers though. It's really funny to see the guys…

You look beautiful!

The first week I didn't bother to try cut down, I just logged what I ate so I got a better idea of what I ate when. It really helped me to see how much I ate, and what were the foods I needed to exchange or cut down on. but I still have a rule that if I'm hungry I eat, it's just different things now!

Yay! I do planks everyday anyway. I can do this one!
-
Sent my weight! Also, I'd prefer if possible to not have a name that's too like tangerine teams, though I am pretty easy about it. Don't really mind ETA: and i think having our own group os a really good idea!
-
Do you need starting weights today? Just I haven't weighed myself since monday! ETA: I quite like the Pound Punishers as a name!
-
I can go for lean, mean and dark green =)

Rainbow Dash Fur Tay Win. Also, I'm a girl and 20 =P

Yes, I sometimes feel that I don't really care about losing weight, but seeing the numbers on that scale drop when I weight myself once a week really helps =) I know that i'm doing this for me, and nobody else, so I have to take cahrge of my own health. I'm doing this to be happier in myself, which I know I will be (I…

Also, there were a few other team name suggestions up thread weren't there? I know I mentioned some =P

I eat what I want, I just give myslf less of it! I say, if you want pizza have a slice, don't just leave it to one day a week, or you're giving yourself permission to go wild. If you eat pizza for lunch, you have less for dinner and vice versa. I also find it helps to plan and log my food for they day, that way I don't go…
